Shipping / Delivery Policy

Secret Beauty uses two methods of shipping – courier for the Gift hampers and Australia Post for normal orders.  When your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Secret Beauty which will list the method of delivery we have used for your order, and any applicable tracking number.

Delivery Flat rate of $12.00.

Beauty Products Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be dispatched  on next working day. This does not include public holidays. .

  • Please allow between 2-7 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Due to health care regulations we are unable to refund or exchange product due to change of mind, so please don’t ask as refusal may offend.  The only exception to this policy is if the goods have been damaged during transit, so keep reading!

Damaged Stock

If your goods have been damaged during transit your product will be replaced free of charge, subject to the following procedures:

  1. Send an email to orders@secretbeauty.com.au listing your invoice number, the part number, description and cost of the item that was damaged during transit.

  2. Secret Beauty will then send you written email authorization – please include a copy of this email when you are returning the damaged goods.

  3. You must return the entire damaged product – this includes all the pieces, packaging and printed materials.

  4. Returning damaged stock to Secret Beauty is the responsibility of the buyer and we strongly suggest you ship this via a trackable method as we cannot be held accountable should your goods be lost in transit.

  5. Redelivery for damaged stock will be provided free of charge by Secret Beauty.

Please note under no circumstances will we replace damaged stock without going through this process.  Damage stock is also not available for store credit or product substitution.

Out Of Stock

Although we try to keep a large inventory, from time to time circumstances beyond our control may lead to products being out of stock.  If this is the case we will contact you and give you the option of (a) either waiting until the product is back in stock - usually 1-5 days or (b) remove that item from your order.  We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We keep a small invientory this garanties that the products are fres and have not been sitting for long time in our warehouse.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected so we can administer your transaction, and will be entered into a central database for future direct marketing initiatives conducted by Secret Beauty.  You may opt-out from this service by sending your request to the Privacy Officer at any time.

Secret Beauty may disclose consumer information to third parties as necessary in order to effect, administer or enforce a transaction requested by you, to companies that perform services for us or to prevent fraud.

The Secret Beauty website is not directed at children under the age of 13, nor do we collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13.

The Secret Beauty website may create links to third party websites.  Secret Beauty is not responsible for the content or privacy practices employed by websites that are linked from our website.

You may request access to your personal information whilst it is stored by us and we will assess your request as required by law.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed in writing to:
